‘Twilight Actor’ Pulls Request for Bond Review in Enticement Case
The man who allegedly lured a 14-year-old girl into his car in Jasper County has withdrawn his request for a bond review.
David LaVera, 33, was expected to be in court Wednesday morning but he pulled his request for a bond review and will stay in jail until his trial.
The Californian has pleaded not guilty to charges of enticing a minor and carrying weapons.
Last month he allegedly told the girl he was an actor in the Twilight Saga movies and the girl got into his car.
She was able to get away safely.
LaVera will be on court again August 6 for a pretrial conference.
