STORM DAMAGE: Cleanup Begins In Story Co.

Warning sirens alerted residents in Story County Tuesday night about a severe thunderstorm.

It wasn’t the first storm to blow through John Schomaker’s place just north of Nevada, but it certainly was the worst he’s seen in nearly 30 years.

“All in all, it’s just a mess that you gotta get cleaned up,” says Schomaker.
